Hi everyone and welcome back to the show. Today I want to bring you behind the scenes of my business, Daniel and Lane Consulting.
If you've been following me for a while, you know that for years I've specialized in high-level executive assistant and lifestyle management support. And this is dedicated to founders and serial entrepreneurs.
It's actually been amazing. I have loved every client, every project, and every crazy pivot we've pulled off together. Recently, I took some time to step back and to make sure that the way I show up for my current and future clients truly reflects the work I've been doing. When I first launched my business, my offer executive assistant and lifestyle manager fit.
That's what people need it. And that's exactly what I was doing.
Managing inboxes, scheduling, vendor coordination, along with all of the messy middle.
You know, all the things that keep life and business running when you're building something big. But over time, something changed. The founders I work with didn't need just tasks handle. They needed someone to think with them, to help set priorities, to build structure around the chaos to step in and lead when they couldn't be everywhere at once.
And little by little, I found myself moving from doing to driving, from assisting to advising, from taking tasks to owning outcomes. Without even meaning to, I stepped right into a Chief of Staff role.
Here's the thing nobody tells you when you hit the next level in business. You don't just need help. You need leadership around you. You need people who can move independently, think strategically, and make sure nothing and no one slows you down.
But for a lot of founders, especially for those running seven or eight figure businesses, it's tough. You're still too early to justify a full-time Chief of Staff, and hiring a traditional executive assistant or virtual assistant just isn't enough anymore.
That's the gap I found myself filling naturally, and it's the gap I've decided to own.
So that's why today I am not positioning myself as an Executive Assistant or Lifestyle Manager anymore.
I have stepped fully into what I've already been doing, Fractional Chief of Staff and Lifestyle Strategist. I help founders not just get more done, but get the right things done. I protect their energy, not just their calendars. I support both the business side and the personal side because if your life's a mess, it's only a matter of time before it affects the business too.
It's deeper, it's more strategic, it's more aligned with the level of partnership my clients deserve and already receive from me.
So if you're a founder, maybe you're scaling fast, you're juggling multiple ventures, or life is starting to feel heavier than it should, and you're realizing that the old ways of operating just aren't cutting it anymore, here's what I want you to know. You don't have to do it alone. You don't have to stay stuck toggling between visionary and task rabbit every day.
You can have strategic operational support that actually meets you at your level. That's where I come in. If this resonates with you at all, if you're listening right now and thinking, yep, that's exactly where I am, please feel free to reach out. My door is always open, whether it's a quick conversation, a full partnership, or just staying connected through LinkedIn.
The work you're doing matters, and you deserve a team around you that will help you build it, scale it, and live your life along the way. Now I do have something for you right now.
